KYX-P履带式全自动超声波清洗系统

该机采用一体化设计、结构紧凑合理。由履带式传动机构、超声波清洗槽喷淋系统、吹干系统、循环过滤系统、油雾分离装置等组成。设有各种故障报警装置。全部原器件均采用优质产品。主要适用于轴承等精密机械零部件的清洗。

清洗工艺流程：上料→超声清洗→喷淋→吹干→下料

KYX-P全自动履带式超声清洗系统是在原有的KYX-M系统清洗设备上加装履带传动来提高生产准备就绪，降低劳动强度，满足大批量的清洗要求。
应用范围：
精密轴承、汽车、摩托车刹车片、磁性材料、压缩机零件等的清洗。
